Captain Kratom CBD
Recently I ordered a sample pack of mixed kratom from Captain Kratom. The sample mix came with Kratom + CBD, Thai, Vietnam, Bali, and Maeng Da capsules. I was excited to see a new product that combines both kratom and CBD into one. Individually, both kratom and CBD have numerous health benefits. The question is, are they good together?
Quality:
Each capsule contains 0.5 Grams of the hybrid product for easier consumption. This makes ingesting kratom powder much easier than the toss-and-wash method or by brewing leaves into a tea. Capsules are also a much better way of measuring your dose since each one has approximately half of a gram.
The colorful package displays the traditional Captain mascot, the pirate. Unfortunately, there is no alkaloid content anywhere on the package or information on CBD content.
After taking a dose of capsules, which I took 6 at once for a 3G dose, I waited for the effects. After about 45 minutes I began to feel the kratom + CBD capsules kick in for a nice, relaxing feeling. This is my experience with Captain Kratom + CBD caps:
- Minimal Energy
- Moderate Pain Relief
- Moderate Sedation
- No Nausea or Wobbles or Headache
- Minimal Cognitive Effects
- Moderate Relief of Anxiety
I was quite surprised at how calm and relaxed I felt. I could definitely feel the CBD effects. Ironically, I found the Kratom + CBD far better than the other individual kratom samples. 8/10

Their website is very easy to navigate and pretty simple to find what you are looking for. That is if you are just seeking the basic strains available at any headshop or specialty store. The ordering process is also quick and easy to navigate. 10/10
DIVERSITY OF PRODUCTS:
For someone looking to re-sell kratom from their website or to supply their brick and mortar store, this would be great. All packages are ready to re-sell without any hassle of labeling and following GMP (Good Marketing Practices) administered by the FDA.
The downfall is there is not any way to tell what color the strain comes from. For example, White Thai instead of just Thai, or Green Bali instead of Bali. They carry the basics. Thai, Maeng Da, Vietnam, Bali, etc. 7/10
WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING:
Captain Kratom was not a fan favorite on Reddit or YouTube. Reviews I did find were somewhat mixed when it came to kratom products alone. I found not one review of Kratom + CBD. Those who have reviewed Captain’s kratom said they were not impressed. Maybe one or two claimed it was the best they have ever had! A little confusing with the huge difference in opinions. Personally, I was not impressed with the kratom strains themselves, but the Kratom + CBD was very good. 5/10
CONCLUSION:
In conclusion, Captain Kratom + CBD and other Kratom products are not easy buys unless you look in headshops. If you find it alongside O.P.M.S or Remarkable Herbs, I would choose Remarkable Herbs first, Captain second and O.P.M.S last.
